Wie bist du zum Rudersport gekommen?
My mother brought me into rowing. I started as a coxswain and then held the handle in the boat myself at the age of 11.
Deine Lieblingsregattastrecke und warum?
Racice in the Czech Republic; has been a golden racecourse for 2 out of the 3 years I have raced there. It has great conditions and I love the races I have had there. Paris had the best energy in the grand stand, though. Nothing can beat that.
Deine rudersportlichen Ziele?
Its very simple. To be the best. Olympic gold.
Dein bisheriges Karriere-Highlight?
The Olympic Games final gives me shivers down my back every time I think of it. The race was such an amazing flowing feeling. So focused and committed.
Dein Lebensmotto?
No regrets, and everything happens for a reason. If something goes wrong, don't regret the choice that brought you there because it means that it all happened for a reason.
